Professional Snapshot
I started in backend-heavy engineering work and learned how to build reliable systems that perform in production. Over time, I expanded toward full-stack and product-minded execution by taking on planning, collaboration, and delivery ownership across the development lifecycle. My graduate training in Human Factors Engineering now strengthens how I translate user needs into technical decisions.
Selected Experience Highlights
JumboCode
Software Developer | 09/2025 - Present
- I work on software for nonprofit partners where user needs are often constrained by time, staffing, and onboarding realities, so product decisions have to be practical and clear.
- In the Food Link volunteer portal project, I focus on turning volunteer and coordinator needs into concrete product behavior that improves role clarity and onboarding confidence.
TraceLink
Software Engineer | 01/2023 - 06/2025
- As a Scrum Master, I grew beyond implementation into delivery ownership by helping the team plan, sequence, and execute work across development, testing, staging, and production release cycles.
- I also contributed to reliability and performance improvements through observability and performance-testing efforts, which helped the team make faster, better-informed system decisions under production-scale conditions.
CommCreative (now Marketbridge)
Front-End Engineer | 06/2022 - 12/2022
- This role taught me how to build effectively inside client-feedback loops, where iteration speed and communication quality are just as important as implementation quality.
- I learned to balance technical execution with business constraints by tracking billable scope and using engagement signals (clicks, impressions, and usage trends) to guide content and design refinements.
Education
Tufts University
Master of Human Factors Engineering | 09/2025 - Present (Expected 05/2027)
- My coursework and training in usability, interaction design, and human-centered research sharpen how I connect user behavior insights to implementation choices.
- Graduate work plus hands-on nonprofit product development has strengthened my ability to pair user-centered reasoning with day-to-day engineering delivery.
Worcester Polytechnic Institute
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Data Science | 08/2018 - 05/2022
- WPI's project-based structure trained me to tackle open-ended, interdisciplinary problems by combining technical execution with context-driven thinking.
- As an International Peer Mentor and active member of multicultural student organizations, I built stronger collaboration habits and community-oriented leadership skills.
